Barry Boyer is chairman of Van Meter Inc., an employee owned, electrical wholesale and automation company headquartered in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. In addition, he is Chairman and an owner of Marion Process Inc, a manufacturer of large stainless and steel equipment solutions.

Barry believes deeply in the power of creative cultures that drive innovation through employee engagement. In addition, he believes that a life powered by Faith results in a life well lived.
