Lee Eilers serves as President and CEO of Marion Mixers, Inc., the industry leader in custom design mixing and blending solutions. Prior to joining Marion Mixers, Lee was co-founder and President of TwistHDM, the innovator and manufacturer of “LimeLight” – an innovative wireless lighting control solution directed solely to the parking industry. The company has earned the privilege to serve many prominent clients including The Ohio State University, University of Michigan, Apple, the City of Dubuque, USAA, and Oracle to name a few.

Lee has also been involved in numerous successful start-up ventures, including a financial services firm in Naples, Florida and an independent distributorship of Herman Miller, Inc.’s commercial furniture products in Dallas, Texas.Lee served on the executive leadership team at Herman Miller, leading the operations of its captive leasing subsidiary and $300 million company owned-distribution network.

Lee serves as a lecturer for the John Pappajohn Entrepreneurial Center within the University of Iowa’s Tippie College of Business. He earned his BA from the University of Iowa, and his MBA from the University of Saint Thomas, in St. Paul, Minnesota and currently serves on the Essential Instruction board.
